## Required

- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Direct hospital and health system provider experience
- Understanding of U.S. healthcare system dynamics including hospitals, IDNs, and acute care
- Experience with hospital payment models, P&T processes, formulary access, and reimbursement
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth and exceed field execution targets
- Track record in access, marketing, or sales in pharmaceutical industry
- Valid driver's license within 50 U.S. states
- Field presence >80% of the time
