- Excellent visual acuity and fine visual discrimination
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with optical Laboratory Management Systems

## Nice to have

- Prior Quality Assurance experience
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Understanding of lens optics and prescription variables (Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, Add Power, Prism)
- Knowledge of lens materials (CR-39, Polycarbonate, High-Index, Trivex) and coatings (AR, Photochromic, Hard Coat)
