## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years manufacturing engineering experience
- Advanced Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- 80% time minimum on production floor
- Simulation software experience (SIMIO)
- CAD tools experience (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
- Data analysis skills (Minitab, Excel, SQL)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking
- U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or asylee/refugee status
- ITAR compliance as U.S. person

## Nice to have

- 3D printing software and equipment experience
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001
- Experience ramping production volumes
- Experience with Digital Twin simulation
