- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong technical background with ability to guide on architecture and code quality
- Experience building end-user product features, ideally developer tools or agent/AI products
- Partnership experience with Product and Design from idea to shipped product
- Customer-facing experience including discovery calls and design partnerships
- Hands-on experience using and reasoning about coding agents with strong opinions on human-agent workflows
- Async-first communication skills and experience in globally distributed remote teams
- Track record as a technical leader setting direction and keeping teams unblocked

## Nice to have

- Fluency with Go, TypeScript/React, SvelteKit, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with developer tools, code intelligence, code search, or large-scale code transformation products
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, or signals-over-code products like security scanners or code-quality tools
