- Working knowledge in at least two of: electrical systems, HVAC-R, plumbing/pipefitting, boiler/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI

## Nice to have

- Building Management Systems (BMS) experience, preferably Metasys
- Laboratory facility experience
- CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM
