- 10+ years of product management experience
- Significant experience building and scaling data, analytics, developer, or enterprise platforms
- Deep understanding of modern BI and analytics ecosystem including dashboards, visualization, self-service analytics, semantic layers, metrics, data discovery, and governance
- Strong technical fluency with data platforms and architectures
- Experience building products for multiple user personas from technical analysts to business users
- Understanding of AI in analytics including natural-language interfaces and insight generation
- Ability to develop platform strategies that drive customer value and organizational leverage
- Product judgment and systems thinking with customer empathy
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align stakeholders in complex organizations
- Strong analytical orientation and ability to define success metrics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
