- 8+ years of product design experience in SaaS, productivity tools, or product-led growth
- Track record leading growth or monetization-focused design work
- Deep understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion as an interconnected system
- Ability to read behavioral data and experiment results to inform design decisions
- Exceptional visual craft and interaction design skills
- Systems thinking across surfaces and user journeys
- Experience mentoring or leading other designers
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Comfort designing in spaces without established patterns or playbooks

## Nice to have

- Pricing architecture or monetization model design experience
- Deep experience designing activation journeys from first action to value realization
- Hands-on prototyping with AI-assisted tools and vibe coding
- Background in organic acquisition or activation funnels at scale
- Familiarity with AI-assisted experiences or contextual intelligence in growth
- Experience with data science teams on experimentation frameworks
