## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- 5+ years of PCBA experience in aerospace, military, or manufacturing
- 3+ years in a leadership or team lead role transitioning products from development to production
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency

## Nice to have

- Experience in fast-paced aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing
- High-reliability electronics design and manufacturing background
- Supplier and contract manufacturer development experience
- Product scaling from design to high-volume production
- Production automation implementation experience
- Design of experiments and process qualification expertise
- Knowledge of gauge repeatability and reproducibility
- ERP, MRP, and MES system definition experience
