- Clear technical writing samples (lab writeup, README, blog post, or how-to)
- Available 20 hours per week during school year with at least 4 hours overlap with US business hours on 3+ days
- Authorized to work in the US

- CTF participation or bug bounty writeups
- GitHub with real projects
- Help desk, campus IT, or MSP experience
- Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001) through coursework or work
