## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive compensation experience in global environments
- Advanced Workday HCM proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including data modeling, macros, and complex formulas
- Deep understanding of Indian statutory benefits including Gratuity, EPF, VPF, and NPS
- Knowledge of local labor regulations and pay structures
- Financial modeling and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex compensation frameworks to all organizational levels

## Nice to have

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience in M&A compensation integration
- Background in compensation benchmarking studies
