Lead the strategy and operations of Expedia's financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation platform ecosystem, spanning Oracle Cloud GL, BlackLine, and EPM modules. This role combines technical architecture ownership with people leadership, overseeing both the platform roadmap and a blended team of engineers and analysts.

## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Technology, or related field with 10+ years experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years experience, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud GL, FCCS, TRCS, BlackLine, and EPCM
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial close and consolidation processes, SOX controls, and audit requirements
- 3+ years leading engineering or functional teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management
- Experience managing blended teams of FTEs and contractors across global locations
- Ability to lead complex initiatives spanning multiple platforms and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences
- Experience in Agile or structured delivery environments

## Nice to have

- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP GL subledger close workflows and journal entry processing
- Experience configuring Oracle TRCS for tax provision and Oracle EPCM for cost allocation
- Experience with Oracle FCCS consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency translations
- Experience designing integrations across Oracle Cloud GL, EPM modules, BlackLine, and enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with Alteryx for reconciliation automation or data analysis
- Exposure to AI enablement opportunities within Oracle Cloud or BlackLine
