- Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills

## Nice to have

- Board certified or board eligible in Cardiology, Endocrinology, or Nephrology
- Minimum 7 years industry experience in drug development
- Successful product registration experience
