- Mechanical sourcing and supplier management experience

- Lead complex programs with competing priorities and tight timelines
- Proven negotiation skills on unit cost, tooling, NRE, contracts, and supply agreements
- Support NPI builds (EVT/DVT/PVT or equivalent) through production ramp
- Analytical skills including cost modeling and data-driven supplier evaluation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and influence
- Ability to travel ~25% domestically and internationally
