## Required

- High school diploma or GED
- 2–3 years hands-on experience with electrical systems in industrial, commercial, or field service environment
- Experience with at least one low voltage system type (IP video/VMS, access control, intrusion alarms, structured cabling, or AV systems)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and P&IDs
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
- Lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, at heights, and on ladders or scaffolding
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency

## Nice to have

- Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Construction/General Industry certification
- NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety training
- Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC systems and signal troubleshooting
- Industry certifications (BICSI, ESA/NTS, Lenel OnGuard, Genetec, Axis)
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or government facility environments (ICD 705, SCIF)
- Prior military technical MOS or equivalent service background
- Active U.S. government security clearance
