- At least one year of applicable experience
- CSCS certification through NSCA or CSCCa
- Obtain accredited Sports/Performance Science certification within six months of hire
- Knowledge of human performance and exercise physiology
- Knowledge of tactical strength and conditioning and sport science
- Knowledge of performance assessment methodologies
- Ability to collect, analyze, interpret, and report performance data
- Ability to evaluate athlete monitoring systems and performance technologies
- Ability to develop data-driven training recommendations
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Valid driver's license
