## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of overall experience
- Technical knowledge of datacenter design, power and cooling technologies
- Understanding of datacenter industry partners, OEMs, ODMs, vendors and competitors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented approach to solving multi-disciplinary challenges

## Nice to have

- Master's degree in Applied Science or Engineering
