## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Program Management, or related technical field
- 3+ years managing multiple technical programs in aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or highly regulated engineering environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Proven ability to influence technical decisions and align diverse stakeholders
- Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
- Commercial and financial awareness

## Nice to have

- Experience with additive manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or new product development
- Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/EAR, DFARS, or NIST 800-171
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, operations, and additive manufacturing standards
