## Required

- Strong technical foundation in autonomy, mission software, simulation, and AI-enabled systems
- Direct experience with Department of War simulation environments or live-virtual-constructive training ecosystems
- Ability to explain complex technical systems to customers
- Experience shaping technical demonstrations around mission objectives
- Ability to translate customer needs into technically feasible solutions

## Nice to have

- Experience with synthetic environments

- Experience with synthetic data workflows
- Experience with RFI and RFP processes
