- 15+ years tax accounting and strategy experience in large multinational organizations
- 10+ years in leadership roles supporting executive teams
- ASC 740 expertise including complex transactions and SEC disclosure requirements
- Ability to compute and analyze global tax provisions and uncertain tax position reserves
- Experience with tax planning, optimization, intercompany agreements, transfer pricing, and M&A implications
- Strong global tax compliance knowledge including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and legislative tracking
- Ability to enhance SOX controls and identify financial/operational risks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification
