- 12+ years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data platform roles
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical leadership (SA, Field CTO, principal SE, or senior consulting)
- Deep expertise in at least one cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Working fluency across multiple cloud data warehouses
- Strong SQL and command of modern data architecture
- Hands-on experience with ETL and transformation tooling (dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, or comparable)
- Proficiency writing code in HTML, JavaScript, and Python
- Deep command of enterprise security and identity patterns (PrivateLink, OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
- Daily use of modern AI tools with credible knowledge of agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and retrieval
- Track record leading and closing complex enterprise sales or large BI implementations
- Executive presence and ability to lead technical conversations with C-suite buyers
- Self-starter who operates effectively in high-velocity environments
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
