- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Track record of driving technical adoption and measurable impact in engineering organizations
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of account growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly

## Nice to have
