- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- AI GTM fluency with hands-on experience using agentic AI tools
- Demonstrated success designing and launching GTM plays with measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Deep understanding of sales lifecycle, sales methodologies, and B2B SaaS sales processes in mid-market or enterprise context
- Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field

## Nice to have

- 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) with track record of moving from analysis to implementation
- Prior Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Strategy experience at a high-growth technology company
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Advanced or the SMB/Emerging Mid-Market segment
- GitHub repositories showcasing AI Go-to-Market use cases (e.g., AI SDR, agentic growth marketing)
- MBA
