- 5+ years in radio access network engineering
- Direct work integrating and testing eNodeB or gNodeB in production
- Experience defining hardware/software SKUs and acceptance test plans for network products
- Led First Office Application or first-deployment validation for network products

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with satellite or Non-Terrestrial Network systems
- Familiarity with GPS/GNSS reference systems and precision timing/synchronization
- Experience working with Mobile Network Operators on network integration or interoperability testing
- Familiarity with OSS/NCC systems and their integration with RAN elements
- Background in RF systems or antenna integration related to network performance
