## Required

- Technical experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical equipment
- Education or formal training in a relevant technical field
- Structured problem-solving capability
- Read blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals
- Accurate maintenance documentation
- Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts including weekends
- Willing to stand and walk full shifts, wear PPE and respirators, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Basic PC and software skills
