This role suits someone with deep PCB/SiP procurement experience who can navigate complex global supply chains, negotiate commercial terms, and manage technical requirements for consumer electronics at scale.

## Required

- 5+ years in PCB, PCBA, FPC, or SiP sourcing or procurement
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience negotiating commercial terms and understanding should cost
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience managing supply escalations, forecasts, and vendor commitments
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally

## Nice to have

- Experience with Tier-1 FPC and PCB foundry suppliers and Surface Mount Technology partners across Asia, North America, and Europe
- Background in high-volume consumer electronics and CM/ODM/JDM manufacturing models
- Strong understanding of PCB and FPC supply chain processes
- Master's degree
