- 18+ years in product analytics, data science, analytics leadership, or business intelligence with leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- Proven experience leading analytics teams and delivering data-driven insights that influence product strategy
- Experience defining and tracking product performance metrics and analytics frameworks for product decision-making
- Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Deep experience with product analytics frameworks including user behavior analysis, product adoption metrics, and feature performance measurement
- Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and product experimentation
- Strong proficiency with analytics and data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar statistical environments
- Experience with modern analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence analysis, benchmarking frameworks, and market performance metrics
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving product, data science, and engineering teams
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to convey insights and influence strategic decisions
- Master's degree or MBA
