- 5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare analytics, or management consulting
- Experience transforming complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Strong experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets including claims and patient-level data
- Hands-on SQL experience and modern analytics platforms
- Ability to communicate analytical findings to business stakeholders and senior leadership
- Capability to manage multiple complex workstreams

## Nice to have

- Experience in neurology, specialty pharmaceutical, or Alzheimer's disease
- Experience with PurpleLab, Komodo, IQVIA, MMIT, Symphony, Veeva, or similar healthcare datasets
- Background in forecasting, customer analytics, omnichannel analytics, field force effectiveness, or commercial effectiveness
- Experience developing predictive models, segmentation frameworks, or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience across Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Finance, and Patient Services functions
- Advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or Life Sciences
