## Required

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology Management
- 5–6 years as a technical SAP NetWeaver consultant with ABAP and Java basis administration
- Working knowledge of Business Object products
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux, HANA DB, and Sybase ASE databases
- Strong customer focus
- Basic knowledge of network and storage
- Technical documentation and knowledge base creation capability
- Proactive self-directed learning

## Nice to have

- Experience with SAP Private Cloud or managed/hosting services
- Linux pacemaker environment experience
- Knowledge of Content Server, Convergent Charging, MDM, GK Software, OpenText, TOMCAT, IIS, IDM, SCM Optimizer, SAP Mobile Platform, TREX, or Business Connector
- Experience in international and virtual team environments
- ITIL framework exposure
- Application security, system copies, export-import, and disaster recovery knowledge
