- Strong understanding of marketing, communications, member engagement and public relations strategies
- Ability to guide organizational digital presence including website, social media, email and digital advertising

- Strategic planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
