- Strong individual contributor experience delivering quality SaaS systems

- Knowledge of software integration practices and patterns

- On-call and incident response experience
- Demonstrated ownership of features from design through production

## Nice to have

- Modern web development frameworks like ReactJS
- Experience building reliable APIs
