- 6+ years owning disputes and chargebacks operations, preferably building the function from scratch
- Deep knowledge of card network dispute rules, reason codes, and compelling-evidence frameworks
- Experience designing SOPs, playbooks, and workflows in support or operations
- Track record partnering with engineering teams on process automation
- Ability to operate both as hands-on executor and systems builder in a scaling environment
- Strong judgment in handling sensitive or ambiguous customer situations
- Skill translating policy and legal requirements into repeatable processes
- Strong written communication for high-stakes situations
- Cross-functional delivery track record

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with Stripe dispute workflows and evidence submission
- Background in customer support, trust and safety, or support operations at a tech company
- Experience in high-growth or usage-based SaaS with volatile dispute patterns
- Familiarity with fraud detection tools and their relationship to disputes
- Experience managing outsourced or contract support teams
