- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

- Experience with liquid-cooled technology in computer/server hardware or data center cooling systems
- Proficiency with process control systems and sensor instrumentation
- Experience with DMAIC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical writing skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams with data-driven insights
- Hands-on mindset and willingness to work on manufacturing floor

## Nice to have

- Experience designing, operating, or maintaining liquid cooling systems in electronics
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Formal Lean Manufacturing training
- 3D CAD modeling experience with SolidWorks
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems
