## Required

- 10+ years product management experience in field service, workforce management, or mid-market SaaS for trades

- Full job lifecycle command across residential and commercial field service models
- Proven ability to ship LLM or agent-powered products in production
- Track record influencing across engineering, design, sales, and finance
- Experience architecting bi-directional integrations and evaluating build/buy/partner tradeoffs
- Track record building technician-facing mobile products

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Advanced degree
