## Required

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in Software Engineering, Deep Learning, or Large Scale AI deployment
- Deep technical understanding of software development, machine learning, and bioinformatics
- Prior experience in product management or launching technical products
- Knowledge of life sciences industry, bioinformatics, genomics, and drug discovery processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

## Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA products like NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, vLLM
- Hands-on experience deploying large-scale AI models for production workloads
- Familiarity with ISV platforms and product integrations for ISVs
