## Required

- Degree in Physics, Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field with 6+ years experience, or advanced degree with 4+ years experience
- Industry experience developing or testing imaging, sensing, or electro-optical systems
- Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis
- Hands-on experience characterizing image sensors or focal plane arrays
- Working knowledge of radiometry and detector physics
- Experience developing and executing test plans for optical sensors
- Experience with laboratory test equipment and optical sources for sensor calibration
- Familiarity with camera electronics and sensor data interfaces
- Willingness to work in optics lab and cleanroom environment
- US person eligible for export authorization

## Nice to have

- Direct experience with space or high-reliability environments
- Familiarity with star tracker architectures and camera calibration models
- Experience transitioning systems from prototype to production
- Proficiency with infrared (SWIR/MWIR/LWIR) or hyperspectral sensing
- Familiarity with radiation effects testing and sensor degradation in space
- Knowledge of optical design tools (Zemax, FRED)
