- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Electronics hardware simulation or test experience
- Data acquisition and control system platform experience (NI, Beckhoff, or equivalent)
- Electronics test equipment proficiency (power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, electronic loads)
- Common communication protocol knowledge (Ethernet, CAN, UART, SPI)

## Nice to have

- Schematic capture and PCB design tool experience (Altium Designer)
- Analog sensor experience (pressure transducers, RTDs, accelerometers)
- Embedded software development and avionics integration knowledge
- Scripting language proficiency (Python or MATLAB) for data acquisition and analysis
