## Required

- 7+ years of Financial Lines Underwriting, Agency or Brokerage experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Advanced knowledge of Financial Lines business including product features, forms, regulatory environment and risks
- Strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with underwriting analytical tools and technology
- Able to travel when required
