## Required

- 15+ years in corporate communications and public relations
- Focus on corporate and financial communications and issues/reputation management
- B2B and public company experience
- Experience supporting high-growth tech companies through major funding, scale, or pre-IPO phases
- Ability to translate complex financial strategy into clear messaging
- Media relations experience with business and financial journalists
- Experience in both in-house and PR agency environments
- M&A communications and corporate transaction experience
- Crisis communications and issues management experience
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Critical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
