- 3+ years in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or startup product engineering
- Strong Python and JavaScript fundamentals

- Designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications with multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Comfortable working directly with customers during POCs and technical evaluations
- Able to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to developers
- Take responsibility for outcomes

## Nice to have

- Deployed AI agents in production using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
