## Required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
- Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life insurance licenses or ability to obtain them
- Valid driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Remote work self-discipline and ability to manage field-based sales

## Nice to have

- Niche market or commercial insurance sales experience
- Existing customer relationships in the territory
