- 5+ years of program management, vendor management, or related experience

- Building and running operating rhythms including planning cycles and reporting cadences
- Vendor relationship and budget management with contract renewals and ROI analysis
- Written and verbal communication to translate operational data into leadership recommendations
- Google Suite and program tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Managing multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders

## Nice to have

- Experience in learning & development, enablement, or Developer Relations
- Knowledge of LXP/LMS platforms like Docebo or Degreed
- Building dashboards or reporting pipelines from operational data
