## Required

- 8+ years in security governance, risk, and compliance at a technology company
- Owned or meaningfully supported efforts to compartmentalize sensitive data, PII, or intellectual property
- Demonstrated understanding of non-human identities as a distinct risk and control category
- Ability to reason from threat models to controls and explain tradeoffs to engineers and auditors
- Experience defining risk-based review or approval criteria within engineering workflows
- Clear written communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments without settled industry standards

## Nice to have

- Understanding of LLM agent security from AI, developer-platform, or agent-tooling experience
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks alongside traditional security frameworks
- Experience adapting controls from regulated environments to open, high-trust engineering cultures
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, or ISO 27001/42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
