## Required

- PhD in immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, protein engineering, cancer biology, or related discipline
- 5+ years post-PhD industry experience in antibody discovery or biologics discovery
- Independently led therapeutic antibody discovery campaigns from concept through lead identification or nomination
- Deep expertise in antibody biology, structure, function, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with immunization-based discovery, antigen design, B cell screening, and NGS repertoire analysis
- Strong expertise in display technologies for antibody engineering and format optimization
- Molecular biology and antibody engineering skills including cloning, expression, and purification
- Expertise in antibody characterization assays and platforms
- Experience developing and executing functional cell-based assays
- Proven ability to manage and evaluate outsourced antibody workflows at CROs
- Project leadership skills managing multiple programs and external partnerships
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

## Nice to have

- 7+ years hands-on antibody discovery and engineering including yeast or mammalian display
- Experience with T cell engagers, TCR engagers, bispecific antibodies, ADCs, CAR-T, or CAR-NK
- Familiarity with immune-cell biology and functional immunology assays
- Experience across oncology, autoimmune, infectious disease, or other therapeutic areas
- Antibody sequence analysis, bioinformatics, structural modeling, or AI/ML-enabled discovery tools
- Track record of scientific impact through publications, patents, or therapeutic programs
- Experience mentoring junior scientists or leading cross-functional teams
