## Required

- 6+ years of quality inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, or precision manufacturing
- Ability to independently read and interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
- Experience performing advanced in-process and final inspections with precision measurement equipment
- Experience identifying and documenting non-conforming conditions and supporting root cause analysis
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to inspectors and technicians
- Ability to perform inspections in production environments with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces
- US government security clearance eligibility for Cape Canaveral location

## Nice to have

- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, or comparable quality management systems
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing systems like NX, Teamcenter, or MES/ERP platforms
- Experience with First Article Inspection or inspection planning activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable business applications
