## Required

- Minimum 21 years of age
- Food Handler certification
- TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE certification where applicable
- Intermediate knowledge of alcohol regulations
- Ability to safely operate bar and commercial kitchen equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

## Nice to have

- Experience with bar operations
- Knowledge of wine and beer pairings
