## Required

- 4+ years of aerospace mechanical experience or related field
- Experience in fast-paced production with flight hardware and critical operations
- Technical skills in fasteners, torque, testing, avionics, and bonding
- Verbal and written communication with engineering and production teams
- Ability to set up and operate hand, pneumatic, and calibrated tools
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in tight spaces
- Able to safely navigate uneven terrain
- Able to crouch, bend, squat, and kneel as needed
- Able to reach and extend arms overhead for assembly tasks

## Nice to have

- FAA Airframe and Power Plant license
- Electromechanical build proficiency
- Familiarity with propulsion systems and components
