## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in backend development with Java

- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and software development lifecycle
- Proven ability to influence technical direction in complex distributed systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and automated infrastructure
- Track record of mentoring engineers
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

## Nice to have

- Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and related technologies
