## Required

- 5+ years of product compliance experience in consumer electronics

- Experience managing third-party test labs and OEM/ODM compliance relationships
- Understanding of hardware product development lifecycle and certification timelines
- Ability to prioritize competing needs and communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain certification database and test samples
