## Required

- 8+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering or manufacturing
- 3+ years direct leadership of project managers or technical professionals
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
- Deep technical knowledge of low and medium voltage power distribution equipment and applicable standards
- Portfolio ownership of multi-program manufacturing with delivery and margin accountability
- Ability to interpret single-line diagrams, schematics, and equipment layouts
- Experience with capacity planning and ERP-based production management
- Experience serving hyperscale or mission-critical customers with rigorous change documentation
- Drug and alcohol program participation (safety-sensitive position)

## Nice to have

- Experience scaling electrical equipment manufacturing through significant volume growth
- Direct experience with UL 891, UL 1558, and ANSI C37.20 series equipment
- Experience introducing medium-voltage manufacturing into an existing facility
- Data center construction experience
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
