## Required

- 6+ years visual, graphic, or brand design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and storytelling across digital, print, web, and physical media
- Track record building complete brands from concept to execution across multiple channels
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual judgment in typography, composition, hierarchy, color, and systems thinking
- Experience translating complex products into visual storytelling with product teams
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and delivering in fast-moving environments
- AI-native design approach with active experimentation in AI-powered creative tools

## Nice to have

- Experience building or evolving a brand system at early-stage company or leading a rebrand
- Experience art directing video, photography, motion, or live events
- Experience mentoring designers or guiding external creative partners
